Certainty doesn’t subtract from joy. It enhances it. I love Italian. This is my favourite vegan cafe in Bali. And every time I go, I always order the same thing: The Margherita Pizza. Every. Single. Time. And I fall in love with it all over again. Not being dramatic. I just really love food. Italian was my first crush. Now, people who know me often ask: “Don’t you get bored of ordering the same thing?” And my answer is always the same: “No. I love it even more with every bite.” Because when something is that good, repetition doesn’t dull it. It deepens it. And the anticipation only makes the experience richer. That’s exactly how I feel about astrology. Skeptics often say: “But if I already know what’s going to happen, doesn’t that ruin the fun of life?”To me, it’s the opposite. Knowing what’s coming doesn’t reduce the magic. It amplifies it. When your subconscious knows you’re safe, it stops scanning for danger. It relaxes. It opens. It lets you feel more. It’s like this: When you don’t know the way, you keep pulling over, asking for directions. But when you have GPS, you cruise. You breathe. You enjoy the ride. Because certainty lets you enjoy the moment. That’s what predictions are meant to do. Not rob you of life’s flavour, but help you taste it more fully. Just like with my pizza. Knowing I’ll get that pizza doesn’t satisfy me. Eating it does. But that delicious anticipation makes it even better. So before you dismiss prediction as “spoiling the surprise”… Remember: Clarity doesn’t take away from the experience. It deepens it. So check what your future holds. Then bring out your knives and forks. Because knowing the future doesn’t feed you. Living it does.Divia "Pizza" Dhir |
